Disliked: Unable to obtain a receipt from front desk. Told receipt would be forthcoming from Booking.com. I called Booking.com customer service but issue still hasn't been resolved as of 8/6/2025.

I made made my birthday...

Liked: I like the location of the property. It was the closest to where I had to visit.
Disliked: The rooms were not ready as guaranteed. It was after 3 and the rooms were still being cleaned. Check out was at 12:00 but the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 10:00 asking when we were leaving.

Convenient to all restaurants and...

Liked: The breakfast was great, lots of varieties. The staff is very nice and attentive to whatever needs or concerns you may have. All the restsurants, fast food places, outlet and movie theaters are within 2 miles of the hotel.
