Pleasant

Liked: The Room was nice and the view was exceptional!
Disliked: We had a 4th Floor room, and the elevator didn't work! All weekend we had to trek up the stairs with a knee injury that made life a whole lot not fun ..... And one of the two door locks were broke.

Liked: Love the location along the river! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it.
Disliked: This hotel needs a total remodel. New furniture, new carpet, new doors. Had a brand new Kohler sink but that doesn't constitute a remodel. The breakfast area had NO air conditioning, the toasters were both broken, also heard that the refrigerator went out..made me nervous since I just ate. The employees were nice but not at all professional. Not sure I would stay here again.

Elevator not working!

Liked: Although we didn't get a king room, they discounted our room $30. a night, but when elevator quit working, $30. was not such a good deal. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Had booked a King room, which was confirmed, when we checked in they were no kings available, so got 2 queen beds. After we had checked in the elevator quit working, we are in our 70s and put on 4th floor and had to carry our luggage down 4 floors when checking out.

Awful - old hotel, poorly...

Liked: Staff was trying to be helpful - it wasn't their fault the hotel isn't well maintained
Disliked: The air conditioning unit wasn't working in our room on a day of over 90 degrees outside and there were no other rooms available. The room itself was not what was advertised, much smaller and no kitchen area. We ended up in a cramped, hot room - awful!Breakfast room wasn't open until 7 am and did not have good, fresh, healthy selections
