Liked: Location
Disliked: The interior of the hotel, lobby, etc was very smelly, stained carpet, elevator was gross, just the entire interior of the hotel is and was overall not appealing. I asked for a quiet room and our room was right across from the elevator. Both mornings slightly after 8-830am the housekeeper was knocking at our door. You could hear the business of the hallway constantly.

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel was easy to find. Check in staff was friendly.
Disliked: One of our rooms had a dirty bathroom with used soap on the counter and poop in the toilet. Absolutely gross.

Very good

Liked: Friendly staff. Good sized, clean rooms. Super comfortable bed. Our room overlooked river which was lovely. Handy location for bars and restaurants. Breakfast limited but okay and included hot options (eggs, sausages, porridge)

Good service but housekeeping needs...

Liked: Room 325 4/19/25Good location with nice shops and a good place to walk around to find souvenirs and food. The front desk offered cookies as we arrived, and breakfast in the morning was fresh with a broad selection.
Disliked: Our room in particular wasn’t vacuumed very well, we were stepping on food crumbs, there were long visible hairs in the tub, the mirror and toilet seat weren’t clean. The pool was closed when we stayed. I strip the linen before leaving a hotel room to help housekeeping and notice that the bed protector/encasement was filthy.
