Disliked: Horrible customer service, and we had to get police involved. Rooms dirty, stole money, a child sex offended worked at the front desk. He watched my grandchildren swim in the pool in bathing suits while the pool was suppose to be closed

Disliked: It was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The manager and owner didn't know anything about good customer service either. I am never staying there again and will not recommend anyone else to stay there. It was horrible.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first room I was assigned had a bad smell, and the floors hadn't been cleaned very well (hairs on the bathroom floor, and stuff on the carpet). Staff was great at getting me another room.
Disliked: The first room wasn't in the best shape, poorly repaired walls and ceilings, dirty floors, smelled like fish and bleach. The second room floor was still dirty, but much better. Others have mentioned this may no longer be a 3-star hotel, and I would agree.

Liked: It is close to the highway and a gas station. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and professional. The price was good. I stay here at least once a year.
Disliked: The only thing missing is an elevator, but the past few times I have been put on the first floor.

Liked: Prepackaged breakfast selection fine. Friendly staff. Accept pets.
Disliked: Eggs were bland and rubbery. Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed. The security doors were not working. In the first room we were given the dust was so thick you could write your name, there were no towels and there was food in drawers from previous occupants. Replacement room much better but whole facility seems worn and uncared for. Our outside entry door was surrounded by tumble weeds and the lot was littered with plastic bottles, cigarette butts and empty chew cans. When I called to say our first room was unacceptable no one answered at the front desk so I used my cell phone to call the main number and no one answered that call. I have difficulty walking but I had to walk almost the entire length of a long hallway only to see the clerk standing at the counter. If I owned this hotel I would be embarrassed and ashamed to admit it to family and friends.
