Worst experience of my life.

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: The flooring felt like you were going to fall through. Water pressure so bad you can pee harder.Couldn't have coffee as it had wrong brew basket.Floors so slippery we had to hang on to beds and dresser to get around.Room supposed to be for handicap and had a tub instead of shower. No hand shower Plaster beaded up to come down over shower. Very dangerous to get in and out of tub. No grab bars.The housekeeper looked like a street person. Baby roaches and casing.ADA will have a field day with this place after I contact them.I want my money back and if they don't do it voluntarily then I'm filing fraud with my bank.This is an embarrassment for booking to have on their motel list.

Shit Hole of a Hotel...

Liked: The staff was as helpful as they could be
Disliked: We literally changed rooms 5 times in one day because the beds were DISGUSTING!! First room, the bed had bugs and the “housing manager” left her vape in the room in the counter. 2nd room, pulled back to covers to check the sheets, there were stains all over the cover and sheet protector. 3rd room, walked into the room, smelled PISS instantly. Pulled the covers back, lo and behold, pee stains. Room #4, room smelled like pee, but it wasn’t as bad as the 3rd room. Pulled the covers back, dead bugs and toenail trimmings. Room #5 same as all of the above with a mixture of them all. Smh! Whoever made the reviews that I read to this place, clearly they don’t check their beds before going to sleep. People POPPING SHEETS AND NOT WASHING THEM IN THESE HOTELS IS REAL!!! No way all of these people stayed in this hotel that night and their beds were clean and we got 5 bad rooms in a row. Oh yeah, here’s the kicker, they charged me twice for the 1 room and I’m having hell getting all of my money back

Bab 30th anniversary

Liked: The staff
Disliked: Door keys not working, retuned to lobby ask staff for new key. It was replaced went back to the Thread floor ..keys not working. Returned to lobby ask for another room . Took a downgrade at the same price. Went to room first key not working, second key works after third try. enter the room dropped off luggage. Went to dinner great dinner ... Returned to Hotel and door key problems... Wife said she was not happy and would like a shower......No hot water , Ran 10-15 mins.retured to front desk and Checked out . Staff ask why. We politely explained. Then Drove 6 hrs Home . Great 30th anniversary gift to my loving Wife. The staff was very nice and appreciated.

Liked: we we arrived we asked them where the pool was so the kids could instantly know where to go. they were so nasty...we dnt have one. well I know it's been a a.year ago an the said it was being renovated now we dnt have one. just rude...you didn't see that on the site I'm like no..gave me a hard time on my confirmation number then my daughter ask can we get cut off of the amount of since no pool she said no but there a new hotel dwn the street. I feel humuliated so I sat I. the lobby an made arrangements to move our stuff to another one..they need more training in hospitality.
Disliked: So hospitality is horrible needs training..
