Disliked: Outside of the building paint is fading off the building, pool is disgusting, elevator was shaking door would open before the elevator was even down all the way, smelled like smoke in the hall way, destroyed luggage carriers, my room had gum in the lamp shades rm 306 , no on one clearly cleans behinds the nightstands horrible nasty stuff behind it. Fridge and microwave are rusted microwave still had old food stains inside, the remote did not work, the door was hard to open and shut, the window shades are stained, air conditioner vent is broken.

Liked: The custodial staff was pleasant and coffee was great. Pet friendly. Location.
Disliked: Parking lot filthy. Grass needs cutting . Pool is a hot shitty mess- covered with torn tarp and trash floating with mosquito larvae all over the place. Room smelled of mold and mildew. Shower was filthy- dirty. Sink had terrible leak. Floor was filthy. Bed lines stained. TV service interrupted every 3-5 minutes.

Liked: Absolutely Nothing. Mold in room. Room stunk when we walk in. Addressed this to front staff and she replied with, “I know”.
Disliked: It had mold in the room and my allergies went crazy due to it. Asked for another room, and that room was worst. Elevator sounded like it was about to break. Very scary and we took the stairs for our safety.

Disliked: Roaches were all over the room and bathroom. The shower head fell on my head while showering. The battery in the door died. The door slammed closed real hard. There was no fridge or microwave. The food is gross. The bed is hard as a rock. The couch is even more hard. The alarm went off when hear was turned on to warn the room to bath the baby, before it even blew heat. Toilets are way too low to the ground making it hard to get on and off of. The room and facility smell like wet dried carpet. The elevator sounded and jumped as if it had hydraulics. The dresser was hard to open.
