Liked: Only the customer service at 4pm... (Mia Howell)... No hot breakfast
Disliked: For the price we should have at least had a Breakfast Sandwich/ Biscuits with juice Had only a small bottle of water two tiny muffins, and two slices of bread without condiments... Terrible end to a decent night's rest...

Beware of Construction

Liked: I like that my room was big and comfortable. There was no bathtub but a good size shower.
Disliked: Construction was going on during our stay so entrance was an eyesore. Areas taped off due to this. No hot breakfast obviously and a bagged breakfast was offered instead. No access to ice or drinks due to this. I feel that due to this a discount should have been provided. Or that there should have been advanced notice somehow before the booking process.

Liked: Location was okay.
Disliked: NO Hot Breakfast Buffet - was being remodeled and there was supposed to be a "Grab & Go" breakfast, nothing. Air conditioner had to be set on 64 to cool the room & it ran constantly. Cooler in the Hallway.Housekeeping every 3rd day. And the Shampoo & body wash was not filled before we got there. Ran out

Would have stayed elsewhere had...

Liked: There was no breakfast served... breakfast area was actively under construction... "breakfast bag" was minimal, Had I known that construction work was underway during my stay dates, I would have stayed elsewhere.
Disliked: Construction debris... walk-thru construction areas... no breakfast area.... bed made noises when occupant moved onto or off of bed... shower door made terrible noises when opened/closed... door to bathroom needs to be adjusted to operate easier... room renewal steps needed to be "quality reviewed" when completed.
