Liked: Location. The young man working the counter was very friendly, helpful, and was pleasant.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for our liking. Overall inside appearance of the hotel seems like it is ready for an upgrade. Smelled in some of the hallways, inside room smelled a little musty. It was good but not a great room comparison to others we have stayed in over the us.a

Convenient location, price was right,...

Liked: The hotel was cheaply built. Looking around you can see the lack of craftsmanship in finishing trim and 3 inch gaps under the bathroom door, I could go on. But it was clean and the staff was pleasing.
Disliked: The way one of the reception staff was talking down about America. I said my peace and shut it down. I just didn't appreciate it.

Liked: The staff we encountered were all very friendly. The coffee was good. The lobby smells nice when you walk in.
Disliked: The room we had was a supposed “upgrade” with a balcony. It did not have a chair or desk. No desk is not a big deal but having at least a chair to use so we didn’t have to sit on edge of bed all the time would have been helpful. The bathroom had roaches (two that we killed, plus a cricket) and also mold around tub on the walls. The room was always damp, no ventilation fan. Carpet felt dirty. Hallway outside room had peanut shells on floor that were there during our two night stay, so clearly no cleaning happening.

Liked: Super easy to access from I-40. Beds were very comfortable, clean, and the entire hotel was fresh and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location. Front desk and staff very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Carpet extremely dirty and stained down hall to room and outdated. Dust and cobwebs in room. Balcony nice but no chairs to sit outside. Pool and area needed cleaning. Towels in rooms really needed bleached or replaced.
