Disliked: I was tired.I wanted dinner in the hotel. They don't provide that service. However, the restaurant they recommended, in easy walking distance, was excellent.

1st time in Seattle, Washington

Liked: The room was a surprise because I thought I had carpet on the floor, like in the hotel hallway and the elevator. That was not the case, and I was elated for this!!!!(asthma and allergies) I was also happy for the walk-in shower and the room itself, which was clean. The room lights and TV were operated by motion fancy!!! I was told that I was on the premium side I was on the 3rd floor. I was glad for the shuttle to and from the airport and I did have to leave at 4:30 am so that was a plus they did have a to go breakfast like granola bar, trail mix etc for you in front of the front desk as you checked out. I was close to the airport and Westfield Southcenter Mall and other places like Ross and Burlington. Staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay.
Disliked: The pillows were so flimsy and no support. I needed at least 6 of them for support. Even though your motions controlled the lights and TV, which were cool, if you didn't move for a while, the TV would cut off, which was a little annoying. The breakfast had plenty of options like grits, oatmeal(super watery), raisin bread, pancakes, waffles, sausage links, patties, etc. No other meat options were offered, eggs scrambled or boiled. The taste of hot food lacks flavor, which was needed!!!! Even with condiments on the side, it didn't help. The second day there, the kitchen staff was not friendly and didn't understand English when asked a question. There is a 30 min ride to downtown Seattle where the Space Needle,Pike Market, Chihuly Garden, and Glass is via Uber, and that is expensive!!!! One way was $ 60. There is a monorail close by which is way cheaper.

Liked: Big hotel room, good AC, perfectly located near airport with a 5min shuttle from the terminal. Location near a lovely park for a walk. Breakfast in the morning was lovely!

Good hotel....if you have a...

Liked: The hotel itself was fine. The breakfast was nice, we paid the extra to get in our room early which we were glad to do. I realized I lost my airpods right when the airport shuttle came. The housekeeper found them and gave them to the driver for the next airport run so I could avoid paying to have them ship it to Texas.
Disliked: The location wasn't great. I'm certain there might have been a restaurant to walk to or something but the area was kinda dicey and not conducive to walking. If you want to take an Uber to downtown Seattle it's going to be high as sin. However, if you're going to the airport there isn't a better place to be.
