Liked: Location and they are pet friendly
Disliked: Their AC and fan unit in our room didn’t work. They moved us to another suite and when the unit kicked on it made a boom sound. This went on all evening. I let the desk know. The breakfast offerings/selection were meagre at best

Liked: Very welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. We had a large suite which is separated from the bedroom. Everything was a 10 except the breakfast which was an 8. Coffee and cookies at the front desk was a nice tiuch
Disliked: Not a nice neighbourhood for walking. Breakfast all about foods not suited tor diabetics - need a protein and fruit.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The Country Inn and Suite runs as a back up shelter for the Salvation Army. Which was never disclosed to us upon booking. The room was dirty. The sheets on the bed and the bath mat were not changed from the previous guests. Our phone also didn’t work in the room when I tried to call done for new sheets. I notified the staff as soon as we arrived and had to retrieve and change my own sheets on both beds as there was only one person working. The second night one of the shelter guest decided to pull the fire alarm at 1:00 in the morning. We had no way of communicating with the property regarding the alarm and promptly evacuated and was told it was a false alarm. We didn’t feel safe and tried to find other accommodations, but there was nothing available anywhere. I would not stay here again. Upon checking out I addressed my concerns and nothing has been done about it from the property.

Liked: Nice little place but bring your own pillows as the ones provided are very flat and small

Perfect for a 1 or...

Liked: The staff were great, very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfy.
Disliked: My only "complaint" would be the croissants were too dense, and that's really trying to find something wrong.

Disliked: The room was not neat, the bathroom rusty. The explanation given was that there are ongoing construction and they didn’t have any other rooms available from the block booking of Booking.com.
