Good value, newer facility, and...
Liked: Grateful that complimentary breakfast was offered, however kitchen staff needed to be a little more friendlier. We made 2 requests, and both were turned down. Grateful that pets were allowed and at a reasonable charge.
Disliked: we made 2 requests at the breakfast area. the first request was for seconds on eggs just as the breakfast time ended, the second was to get some juice from the machine after coming back from a walk. both requests were rejected.

Not pet friendly, just the...
Liked: I am unable to come up with a positive thing for this stay.
Disliked: This property boasts that they are pet friendly. Accepting pets and being pet friendly are two different things. 1.We were charged a pet deposit then given, admittedly the room that hasn't been updated yet..so I paid 100 more than anyone else to have the worst room in the hotel. 2. Then I asked where I can walk my dog for potty and he motioned that I can take him anywhere. What this means is that there isn't anywhere but the parking lot. We did find a spot in the back but the only way to get there is to go out a fire exit that doesn't let you back in. You then have to go all the way around the building to get back in. 3. The afternoon of our first day there, smoke alarms started going off in all the hotel rooms, ours included. If you don't know what this does to a dog then you don't care about this review anyway. This went on for 2.5 hours. We booked 3 nights and left after 2. 4. There is a transient encampment right next the the busy road that this hotel sits on. Look right outside the window and you can watch and hear the transient people collecting items from their shopping carts. More importantly my dogs saw/heard this and thought they needed to protect us so we had to keep the blinds down and the TV on to block out the transient peoples voices outside our window (see picture of their shopping carts and belongings). Finally, the breakfast was not ready until an hour after they said it would be. We just left and grabbed breakfast somewhere else. Trust me, anything was better than that food.
