Great location and price, but...

Liked: Location and price were great
Disliked: Our room and the hallway had a musty, old, mildew smell the whole time we stayed there. Young man at front desk at check in was not very friendly, and obviously did not want to be there. Not even a Hello how are you doing..

Liked: Air conditioning was awesome
Disliked: Front door was shaking when opening and elevator had no air conditioning also when getting off it kept bouncing before doors opened

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was tasty. The a/c ran cold if you wanted it to. The staff helped when a problem ariased.
Disliked: I didn't have hot water in the room. The first night. They didn't have a room ready to change me to. Then the next day I talked to the front desk worker and she put me in another room. I tiny hikup in a great experience.

Disliked: No much hot water in the shower and sink.

Disliked: The hotel in general is very dirty. The rooms are very unpleasant. The shower roof had mold. Carpet room vas very dirty with stains. I think in general this hotel needs to be remodeled or eveything needs to be replaced m. Not even a 3 star hotel.

Disliked: First I arrived Friday at 10 the clerks were smoking by the entrance door very unprofessional. Then they charge me more than what I had booked for I had booked for $415 I got charged $500 total plus $15 then I was told I was supposed to check in Saturday instead of Friday on my booking app I had Friday not Saturday room had a bad smell like sewage problem beds where super hard could not sleep at lo comfortably. Hand sink water would get backed up we had to wait for water to clear up from the sink to continue brushing out teeth.
