Disliked: We are so disappointed in our stay. We were in room 319 last night to begin with. The furniture was stained and ripped and the rest of the room wasn’t just run down! It wasn’t clean! There were 2 bath towels and no hand towels or wash rags. The toilet had mildew (not just hard water stains, mildew) as well. To add to the disappointment, the hot tub was broken and so was the first floor ice machine. Then, when we asked for a new room, the new room , room 315, also had stained furniture, ice so thick in the fridge, we barely got our small amount of leftovers from supper in. The tub had a hole in it, there were zero bath towels, hand towels or wash rags and there were grocery bags in the top drawer of the dresser. There was a huge orange stain at the foot of the bed as well.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, appeared clean and the AC worked great. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Standard waffles, variety of cereals, oatmeals, and yogurts, as well as toast, scrambled eggs and microwave bacon.
Disliked: I had to call down to request bedding for the pullout sofa. There were no additional blankets, comforters or pillows in the room. Additionally, there were no bath towels supplied. Only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and no bath mat. When I notified the front desk there were no towel in our room, I was told..." yeah, we are really low on towels right now." Eventually I was given towels so we could shower. The toilet had a massive brown ring around it and the popcorn ceiling was falling down in areas.The hot tub was out of services, as was the ice machines. The pool was fine, but there was mold all around the edges. Additionally, there were zero pool towels either. The bathrooms near the pool had zero toilet paper.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi was a little slow

Liked: It was convenient and next to a quite good restaurant.
Disliked: It was dated, but redecorated. Bed was comfortable! Bathroom had rust on metal tissue box and toilet paper holder. Tub had rusty stains!!

Liked: I miss my breakfast but the kind stuff gave me a apple and orange for my road trip
Disliked: The toilet handle keep getting stuck and pantry would be nice to have u had forgot my toothbrush and lotion I didn't wanted to go to Walmart so I think maybe have something like that like a little store

Superb

Liked: The whole facility was very clean; the staff were efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was quite good and our bed was excellent. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working.
