Liked: The roominess and the quiet.
Disliked: That the pool was closed. They did give me a percentage off for the inconvenience

Disliked: There was no breakfast available, no coffee. When asking the front desk she communicated that the kitchen hasn’t been open for a period of time. Website reported breakfast was included

Liked: Room was fine, quiet
Disliked: Breakfast, pool, hot tub and sauna not working or available and wasn’t informed before booking.

Disliked: Needs management, and upgrades. They need to really look at the security cameras on how their staff is.

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. The concierge put us in a corner top floor room without request.. I love it
Disliked: The housekeeping staff knocked on out door every 40 mins from 930 on.. I was upset because checkout was at noon... we left at 11 am because of this
