A clean and comfortable stay...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast. No loud noises and it was very relaxing.
Disliked: Not applicable

It was terrible.

Liked: The only good thing was the smell of the cookies.
Disliked: We left 1 hour after we got there. It didn’t smell clean. Room was in need of some cleaning and fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, tv system was not working. The bedding smelled like it had been left wet then dried with a bad smell. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The floor in the elevator was water damaged and coming apart. Trim boards were falling off the walls in the room. We don’t travel often but when we do we have stayed at the Country Inns and Suites. Mall of America was good last time we were there. Council Bluffs was good as well back in November. This will not happen again! That place needs a lot of updates, fixing and cleaning. We unfortunately will be traveling to Rochester MN often but will never entertain staying at this hotel ever again.

Liked: The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: The mold on the ceiling in the pool, the rusty and disgusting vent in the pool, the room smelled musty, the beds were uncomfortable.
