Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton NY

Staff was very helpful, especially when it came to getting a taxi service. The taxi took us to the show and picked us up on time and as planned. We were very happy. The staff made sure we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Liked: Staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Plenty of parking. Price beat out other hotels of same level or higher. Please note that 2nd floor of Lodge is stair access only, this could be an issue for some, so if that is the case speak to staff about it before check-in.

Liked: Breakfast has a great selection but could have done without the hostess with the very loud raspy voice talking about a show she missed on tv the night before & when a customer asked her how she was doing the hostess replied I’ll tell you at 4
