Staff was very helpful, especially when it came to getting a taxi service. The taxi took us to the show and picked us up on time and as planned. We were very happy. The staff made sure we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Comfortable and affordable stay with...

Liked: Incredibly clean, close to grocery store and gas station, restaurant next door, full breakfast included.
Disliked: Limited parking—to be fair, I believe that the property was completely booked out.

Disliked: A slight moldy, mildew smell.

Liked: The location was good for us because we were there for a family funeral, but if I was on a vacation I don't think I would like this location.
Disliked: I called to book a second night. They told me the price would be the same as booking so I booked through them. When I got there the second night was much higher than I was quoted on the phone. Since I didn't have a record of the price quoted, they would not lower the price. I looked on booking and the price was much cheaper. Again, I asked for the discount. I was very pleasant, but they were rude to me. Finally, they did reduced the price but still not as cheap as booking. I learned a lesson. The desk clerk told me to do my homework before booking with them next time!! Breakfast food was all cold.

Fine for visiting Rochester, but...

Liked: The property was okay with nice sitting areas in the lobby. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The wifi kept cutting out or wasn’t strong enough to have a zoom meeting. The point of my trip was to be somewhere with adequate wifi for several important meetings throughout the weekend. They also have a policy that doesn’t allow for late check outs on the weekend, but it’s not publicly posted anywhere.

Liked: Great location and spacious room.
Disliked: The room was never properly cleaned, with new sheets, towels, etc. Breakfast was the same every day.

Major updates are needed.

Liked: Comforting pillows.Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Up on getting on the floor to get something that was dropped. The floor felt gross. Dirty under the cooling and heating unit (a few things were found under it), and the filtrer needed cleaned because the room was not cool well. A hole in the wall around the plugin. The bed mattress did not stay in place. Climbing in and out of the bed at the foot because there was no room on the one side of the bed.
