Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton NY

Staff was very helpful, especially when it came to getting a taxi service. The taxi took us to the show and picked us up on time and as planned. We were very happy. The staff made sure we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Disappointing

Liked: Only the location. I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Rochester.
Disliked: NO TV all 4 nights of my stay. Informed front desk but no one came to check out issue. In middle drawer food from a previous guest was in a freezer bag. Isn't housekeeping responsible for cleaning? The food was molded. I took a picture

Disliked: They had a ground floor room in The Loft. Nice room but it was not part on the main building and there was no ice machine there. Needed to walk out to main building Spoke with the manager and suggested ice tray in refig but no luck

Disliked: The food selection was minimal and the same every day almost. Coffee was better than expected and cookies during the day a plus.

Disliked: The beds were too hard for us and could not rest.We do have body age issues . We asked another couple on passing about their comfort and they were also disappointed.The night manager was very professional about our opinion.
