Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Richmond West at I-64 VA

I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.
Disliked: I could not stay longer. I loved this place!

Disliked: The pool was closed. That should have been mentioned on line. I would not have stayed if I knew that in advance.

Nice ,clean hotel by everything...

Liked: The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable ,and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to numerous food and shopping choices.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit outdated. Walls could use painting, furniture updated and carpet cleaned on a regular basis. Also, the swimming pool was out of order and staff was a bit limited on the number of towels they could give guests.

Disliked: Rooms need to be updated. Linens were drab with slight stains. Room has odor. Breakfast needs to be better.

Dirty, broken hot tub, and...

Liked: I liked that I was able to get two rooms in the same floor. I specifically wanted an indoor pool and hot tub, but they were barely usable.
Disliked: Our room was in rough shape. The other room we rented (we had two) appeared to have been broken into many times before so the key cards wouldn't work. The rooms needed vacuumed, the shower head was falling off the wall, wallpaper was torn. The hot tub knob was broken, the receptionist was not very friendly, she brought pliers in to turn the hot tub on but wouldn't leave them so we could turn it on after the timer went off. It didn't matter anyway, the jets barely pushed water around and the water was cooler than a normal bath would be. Overall just very disappointed at how dirty and run down the hotel was for a Radisson. And I was overcharged, charged higher prices than what I agreed to on booking.com, was told I would be refunded the difference but haven't yet. I would hope the GM would reach out. I asked for a comment card to leave a review and the evening receptionist told me there wasn't one.
