Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Richmond West at I-64 VA

I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.
Disliked: I could not stay longer. I loved this place!

Liked: Cleaning ladies and the lady who attend the breakfast are very nice
Disliked: They need update everything, the mattress, carpets, air conditioners had dust inside. And weird people are around in the night

Liked: I’ve been staying here every couple of weeks for the last four years or so while on business in Richmond. I always enjoy my stay there, Kim at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful as is everyone there frankly, but she stands out because she always greets me with a smile.The rooms are clean, towels are plentiful, TV works great, lots of pillows, coffee maker in the room, microwave and little fridge. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good for a free breakfast, lots of eggs, lots of sausage, lots of waffles, toast, bagels, fruit, juice. Coffee is hot and strong, and I feel very comfortable there and almost at home. Very good experience every time.
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like, there’s always the occasional persons in the hall talking too loud at night, but that’s not bad at all really.

Had no options and once...

Liked: Close to highway and that is about it.
Disliked: It is very outdated and not very well kept. Some TLC required for the rooms. Very bad smell inside the room, stains everywhere which give you a feeling of dirty.
