Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Richmond West at I-64 VA

I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.
Disliked: I could not stay longer. I loved this place!

Disliked: The room carpet smells like pee and the whole building smells the same

Hotel seemed run down and...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: When we arrived, there was a group of teenagers running from the pool up and down the hallways, yelling and being very loud, dripping water everywhere including the elevators. More teenagers hanging out in the lobby. And this was late - probably 9:00 - 10:00 pm. We considered not staying here but it was so late that we didn’t think we could find another room. The front desk staff gave us a room on the third floor, which was quiet. But I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Disliked: The cleanliness could have been a little better but nothing major. The elevator is a little scary to ride in and HOT!
