I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.

Disliked: This might just be me, but I really like hand held shower heads. They are actually very inexpensive and can be installed by anyone. Just a suggestion. Once I discovered that I replaced all the shower heads in all my bathrooms.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but filled you up and it had a decent variety of foods to choose from. The hotel is old but clean
Disliked: The smell of the rooms were bad though. We switched rooms because it smelled like there had been a water leak. The room was musty and moldy smelling. The second room smelled musty but it was better than the first. The staff was really great to work with. I wish we could have ended up with a room that didn’t smell bad but I wasn’t sure if that was even possible.
