I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.
Disliked: I could not stay longer. I loved this place!

Disliked: Room smelled molded and we had a runny faucet, shower curtain didn't stay put after closing it. Water keep getting on the floor. Pealing paint in the bathroom.

Liked: the process was good. very quiet
Disliked: TV was out dated. The color was awful, and the channels were snowy for some of them. A bulb in the bathroom was out. Limited parking, and one elevator. No microwave in the room.

Good value for pleasant stay

Liked: The staff was friendly, although we did not see them often (a lot of planned activities for our trip). There was also a good selection of breakfast options to choose from. The location was only about 15 minutes from any of our excursions with easy access to the interstate.
Disliked: The beds were a little more firm than we are used to and there were no real seating options in the room (besides a single office chair) for any down time we had in the room. Also, the drawers in our dresser would not stay shut. I believe it was slightly tilted and the drawers would slowly open no matter how many times they were shut. But none of these minor inconveniences took too much away from a pleasant stay.
