Liked: Staff was exceptional. It was New Year’s Eve and we got in last minute. It was not too loud. They were fantastic.
Disliked: BathroomCould have been cleaner.

Disliked: The bathroom light didn't work and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Just needs an upgrade.

Liked: The location is convenient
Disliked: No ventilation in the bathroom. Made it a stinky swampy stay. The "hot" food was COLD. When taking a shower the tub didn't drain.

Liked: The location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The gal at the desk seemed overwhelmed working alone with a wedding party checking in but she was very pleasant. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The first room we checked into, the key did not work. After two attempts to redo the keys, the front desk gal switched our room. The second room we were able to get into but it was full of ladybugs; my husband asked for a vacuum and cleaned them all up. Our thermostat didn't work, so the room stayed at 64-66 degrees the whole time, which is a little cold for fall and having a toddler sleeping in a pack-and-play. The pool was on the cooler side. The light in our room's entryway did not work either.
