Liked: It’s very close to good restaurants and the safari is close by as well
Disliked: The bathrooms aren’t good - showers weren’t draining well, the A/C and fan weren’t efficient

Liked: Room was clean, bed was okay
Disliked: Bathroom door on the inside needs replaced, it was splintering off on the bottom, the area around the bathtub had caulking missing, the toilet was super low to the floor. The bathroom in all just needs updated.

Liked: I would like you to know that the day clerk, dark haired woman was not friendly at all. I am not sure I saw her be kind or engage anyone other than talking to the 2 cleaning men.However, I want to commend Melanie, the evening desk girl. So kind, quick to share a smile, and very helpful. She represents your company well. Same could be said about Cookie, the Breakfast tender. A fabulous guest host. Melanie & Cookie were the best thing about our stay!
