Disliked: Savannah, the heavy-set Caucasian woman was EXTREMELY rude AF!!!! She wasn't only rude to me, but to EVERY guest. I listened to her talk one the phone to whomever called, guests walking up to the counter; she needs to be FIRED! Normally, I wouldn't suggest someone be fired but, she is too rude to be working in guest relations. I did speak to the manager about her behavior and mannerism but, like other managers - they all say, "We'll talk to her." Talking to her is not going to improve how she talks and treats customers. She needs a dose of reality. Like I told the manager, she is going to catch the RIGHT person on the RIGHT day, and they are going to knock her DOWN!! You do not know what people are going through in their personal lives, it doesn't cost anyone any money to just be kind to people. The breakfast SUCKS!!!! I had MOLD on the biscuit I had gotten out of the food warmer. The lady that was putting the food up, picked the mold off of the biscuit and said she was going to tell whoever the man was that orders the food because they just got those biscuits. Needless to say, I didn't eat any biscuits and gravy. The cereal was stale. If you don't mind eating carbs, the bagel and cup of yogurt were the most decent things they had in the food area. The bananas were overly ripe.

Liked: Breakfast selection was limited, no breakfast meat to choose from. For the price of the night I expected more out of this hotel.
Disliked: Food, overpriced for a night, the bathroom is dated.

Disliked: I didn’t have hot water to shower. I called for maintenance and was told it would be 20 minutes before they came. I waited over an hour for maintenance
