Exceptional
Liked: We were there for a softball tournament for my daughter. Our first game on Saturday was early and we had to be at the field before breakfast was going to be available. The gentleman, David, that made the breakfast was awesome! When he found out that the girls needed to be there he made sure that breakfast was available. So caring and understanding! If we are ever in the area again that alone will be the main reason for us staying at this hotel again. Bed was comfortable, hot water abundant.
Disliked: Through no fault of the hotel, the pool was closed. Bath tub was very small.

Liked: Breakfast was as expected. Liked having access to coffee in the afternoon.
Disliked: Beds were a little uncomfortable and pretty close to the walls.

Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned very well before we checked it. There were green skittles and toenails around the perimeter of the bed on the floor when we arrived. Staff member at breakfast was rude. He yelled at 2 of my kids. My 4 year old was putting her plate in the receptacle that said trash and in a raised voice he said don't you dare put that in there, put it in that can over there! She came running back to me very upset!!Other kid was just finishing making a waffle and pouring a cup of juice. His hands were full. He was bringing his plate to the table and left his cup as he was coming back for it, and the employee said "what am I suppose to drink this and clean up after you too"Since when do you allow your employees to treat kids like that?!

Disliked: I am reaching out to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay. I specifically chose this hotel because it was advertised as a non-smoking property, yet my experience was quite the opposite.Upon arrival, the lobby had a strong smell of marijuana, and our room had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor. We first called the front desk to report the issue, and while we were assured that it would be addressed immediately, no action was taken. After an hour with no resolution, we approached the front desk in person. The staff member on duty seemed distracted and did not appear fully engaged in addressing our concerns.After reiterating our frustration, we were offered a room change if one with the same amenities was available. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms. Instead, we were given two options: an industrial-grade air purifier—described to us as “extremely loud and unpleasant”—or an air freshener spray. We opted for the spray, though this was not a satisfactory solution. As we walked away, the staff member offhandedly suggested we spray the lobby and stairwell ourselves to cover the smell of marijuana. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.The smoke odor in our room remained so strong that we were forced to keep the window open overnight, despite the outside temperature being just 10°F. By morning, we were both experiencing coughing and throat irritation. Unable to continue our stay under these conditions, we checked out early and requested to speak with the manager, Kristi. We were told she would not be available until 9:00 AM, so we left our contact information with the expectation of a return call. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-up attempts over the next two days, I never received a response. Each time I called, I was told she was unavailable but would return my call, which never happened. When I asked for her email address, I was informed that she did not have one—an unusual claim for a hotel manager.
