Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Pensacola West FL

It was very comfortable at the inn. It was convenient to both the interstate and the Pensacola Fairgrounds. I would definitely recommend a stay in this inn.

Liked: Clean; spacious; excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Slightly musty smell in room.

Liked: Was nice small and cozy. The pool was clean but cold. Needed a lil more outdoor seating

Liked: The staff were very kind and accommodating. Above and beyond what is required of them. The location is far enough from the city to be affordable, yet convenient enough we could still easily go to the beach every day with no issue!
Disliked: The location is out of the city so it can feel a little intimidating as there is not a lot of things close by, but we spent a week here and it was nice and quiet and we have no issues whatsoever.

Liked: I love the staff and the location I absolutely love their general manager, AJ and the manager I wanna say her name is Amber. I absolutely love these two they go out of their way for you and they bend over backwards to make things right
Disliked: I had stayed here about a month before this trip and the month before this hotel was phenomenal this time me and my sister we ended up with a room that I guess had not been clean. We had to go down to the desk and get four different sets of sheets change the bed ourselves. There was hair in the toilet. It was just utterly disgusting. There was bugs all on the towels And in the bed there was actually blood in Seaman also in the toilet.

Disliked: Elevator is slow
