Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Pensacola West FL, Pensacola

It was very comfortable at the inn. It was convenient to both the interstate and the Pensacola Fairgrounds. I would definitely recommend a stay in this inn.

Liked: Clean; spacious; excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Slightly musty smell in room.

Liked: Everything was VERY clean & comfortable. Staff ( from cleaning to front desk) were friendly & very helpful.The morning breakfast was excellent. Kudos to their cook & clean up crew.
Disliked: The property is a little dated.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The hotel and grounds were clean as well as the room
Disliked: There were no tissues in the room. would like to have seen things like grapes, granola, some type of potatoes, on the breakfast bar

Unfortunately, this place literally stinks!

Liked: Conveniently located near I-10.Check-in clerk friendly & professional.
Disliked: I had read prior reviews about a terrible odor in some rooms. I have bad allergies and requested to view the room before checking in. A very strong pungent odor that smelled like cat urine overpowered me upon walking into the room. I explained the problem politely to the clerk and my reservation deposit was professionally refunded. The clerk recommended a new hotel that recently opened nearby. The Town Place Suites worked out well and gave me a AAA discount.

Liked: We didnt get to enjoy breakfast there but it smelled great!! everyone was so nice and helpful.. Amber, at front desk, was wonderful. A big smile on her face (which really sets the tone for someones morning). I liked the wooden stair case in the lobby when you walk in. the rooms were so clean..NO CARPET, which is great since this hotel is pet friendly. the location was easy to get in and out of. some traffic to deal with but who doesnt have that.. we will definitely stay there again
Disliked: cant think of anything we didnt like

Liked: The ladies at front in lobby were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the ladiesthere were very friendly and served with a smile. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
Disliked: The rooms can use some updates with furniture,including the bathroom.
