Great place all the way around. Price and location is awesome. I will be back!

Hotel in transition

Liked: Desk lady was supper nice. Pool looks good and clean, didn't use
Disliked: Breakfast was next to nothing, hard old biscuits and gravy. Cereal dispensers empty two days. Bed and pillows could be replaced. Other Country Inn and suites (Midland,Fl) much better

Liked: Close to beach

Once they officially become Spark...

Liked: It was in a convenient location. Close to a lot of restaurants, the beach and tourist attractions.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Only had biscuits and gravy along with the usual cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt and fruit. I was expecting eggs and some sort of meat like the other Hilton properties. They're changing over to Spark by Hilton (I had reservations and I didn't find out until I got there to check in) so they were like in the middle of changing a lot of things. After the change over things should be much better. It wasn't too bad except when we stepped into the hallway we were surrounded by a lot of boxes because they were switching out all the linens and towels in the rooms.

Liked: Breakfast was good; room was good ... But had a really bad night's sleep as a result of constant noise as guests were banging doors and running in and out of rooms in the early hours of the morning and it continued for several hours. Maybe spring break / young guests ... there needs to be a check on this.
Disliked: Room was good / breakfast good.

Liked: Nice hotel, transitioning to new ownership which has included room and facilities refurbishing.Nice and fresh.

It was not a good...

Disliked: First of all, we almost didn't find the property because we rented a place, but the address showed another place. There was a name change and we didn't know it. The facilities stank of marijuana, not only outside, but also in all the hallways. The bathroom in the room was full of mold. We never saw the breakfast they offered us. There were no eggs, no fruit, and what they had was a very limited variety. The truth is, it wasn't a good option to stay at this place.

Not staying their ever again!

Liked: Just to start, they changed the name and didn’t advise about it. Breakfast was not what was promised, rooms were not cleaned not even one day of our 3-days stay, ice maker out of order, cards not working at least 2 to 3’times a day. People smoking weed in the rooms and hallways.
