Hotel should be much better...

Liked: Staff. The staff tried very hard to correct problems.
Disliked: Hotel undergoing renovations. Refrigerator did not work. No carpeting in hall. Fresh paint smell in rooms.

Disliked: They canceled my reservation without telling me and I had to book an entirely different room on my own at a higher cost. And still have yet to receive my 175.57 refund that the property took out of my bank account on May 19th

Did not sleep at all,...

Liked: rooms were clean, bathrooms are clean and freshly renovated
Disliked: Window curtains are very see through, you can't sleep at night because of how bright it is in the room, ac unit is incredibly loud, huge hole under the door allows all sounds in the room of people walking down the hallway, very poorly insulated . Couldn't sleep at all. I asked front desk at check in about use of pool, she said it's open till 10pm but failed to mentioned your keycard will not work at 9:45 pm so they will not let you swim in hotel pool for 15 min, even though hotel is mostly vacant. Very bad hospitality.
