We'll be back!

Liked: Overall, we love the place. It was our second stay here, and we still plan to go back there again next time. Great location, the rooms were nice, the pool was great, and the included breakfast and all-day available coffee are some of the highlights for us. We had a microwave and a small refrigerator, too. Free wifi was also great to hook up a Playstation and/or other device.
Disliked: Room for improvement: we had the understanding that room service would come every three days, but they did not come to our room at all even though they were directly in the room in front of ours a couple days in a row and working in others around too. We guess they were shy to come to our room while it was occupied (?). It's good that there is a gym too, however there are only a couple of dumbells (40, 45, and 50 lb) and no lighter ones (e.g., 10, 20 lb) for those who can't lift the heavier ones. It's nothing major for us, but just some constructive feedback for improvement for future guests. It also looks like there was no laundry room for guests to use (or maybe it wasn't made aware to us, although we looked around; next time we'll just ask at the front desk, but we weren't there too long anyhow), but we sure could have used one. We were given two key cards, and one of them went bad on day 2, which is an easy way for someone to get locked out, but I did report that to the front desk when we left (not sure if they fixed it or not, but I'm assuming they did).

Liked: Convenient - close to airport with free shuttle service.Staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good - excellent hot and cold options
Disliked: Not much.

Liked: The workers are so friendly especially the man at the reception
Disliked: There was strange smell that was at reception area which was unpleasant and it trigger my child asthma .housekeeping was not regulary and you had to request before it was done and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Disliked: The room smelled like mildew , not the first time either. I’ve stayed before and the room had the same old mildew smell.
