Terrible "Free shuttle transportation"

Liked: The location is good. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay, but not for more than that.
Disliked: I did not have a good experience with the “free shuttle transportation.” I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised “free shuttle transportation,” but when I called upon arrival, the hotel said they would send me a Lyft link instead.This was extremely disappointing, especially because Orlando Airport is extremely busy. Most of the Lyft drivers left without picking me up. I could see the driver’s location through the tracking link, but I couldn’t find them anywhere near where I was waiting. They left, saying they couldn’t wait for me.It was very frustrating—after a 9-hour international flight—to have to call the hotel three separate times to request another driver. In total, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before finally getting picked up. Unbelievable.

Disliked: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like — everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Chaufeur who picked me up at the airport was unusually and friendly and helpful with useful information.
Disliked: I was not able to cancel a reservation that I made by mistake (typogaphical error I think) at a Country Inn and Suites in Pennsylvania for the same date. I paid for two reservations.
