Very poor

Liked: The staff was nice and the room was nice size and space
Disliked: Me and my son got eaten by bed bugs. I slept in one bed he slept in the other. He was tore up all down his arm legs fingers back. I got bitten on my face by my eye had my whole eye swollen and hurting onmy vacation.The manager act like he was going to help us out but told the front desk said they didn't find anything and he won't talk to me on the phone just keep relying messages. Never again it looks nice but be careful.

Good

Liked: The staff was really helpful. Booking didn't send my payment for my room but they helped me get it fixed.
Disliked: The bathroom floor in our room was sloped wrong and after we took showers the floor was flooded. We had to walk with water on the floor till we left.

The next time we are...

Liked: The heated pool was actually HEATED instead of being chilly.Their free breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of options both hot and cold although the temperature of the hot breakfast was pretty much just lukewarm.
Disliked: The main reason I selected this location was because it supposedly had a spa. But THERE IS NO SPA. And there hasn't been one there for years, even though the website lists one and even provides a picture of one.Housekeeping is on an every third day schedule.With the damage to walls and doors, the sagging bed and the faint scent of cigarette smoke in both rooms we were in, overall this place has a general run-down vibe. It's definitely seen better days.

Great place to stay very...

Liked: Breakfast was good Beds were very comfy kids had fun in the pool and I got the workout room right next door to the pool But most important I had great night sleep and staff was excellent

Liked: The rooms were exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool area as well.
