The front desk employees were very nice and friendly. The rooms are very nice and roomy and very clean. I will definitely be staying there again. I will gladly recommend it to friends and family as well. Having fresh cooked breakfast is a great thing too.

Disliked: The TV and Shower didnt work in our room. I was told and was even put in writing that a discount would be issued and a free night stay. The manager and the night staff person Miguel play he said and she said lie game.

Very good

Liked: The room was great. It was an easy drive to several nice downtown restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m., which made it difficult to get an early start. Unlike most hotels, there was no coffee before 7 a.m., either. The in-room coffee was terrible, of course. The orange juice was more water than juice. There was a 10-minute wait for the one waffle maker. Not a satisfactory breakfast.

Liked: The rooms are large. Free parking and free breakfast. Kitchen nook was nice if we had been staying longer.
Disliked: Air conditioner was not cold enough and when it cycled on and off it made a loud swishing sound. No indoor pool.

Exceptional

Liked: best all around that i have found for the price in OKC. rooms were big with plenty room, bathroom was modern and big as well. room looked new and very clean. pictures can not explain what you are paying for and we hope we helped. good job and 10 stars.
Disliked: needs ash tray outside and i can deal with that after seeing inside our room.

Comfortable and a good night's...

Liked: The breakfast was fair quality, not excellent. But I love few. The room was comfortable and thank you for free parking. I can't believe some hotels are charging for parking. Please keep yours free!
Disliked: Some noisy people outside later at night and across the hall.

Liked: We really appreciated its nearness to the lively Bricktown scene and the availabilty of a shuttle to and from the area.
Disliked: Breakfast was average. I would have liked yogurt to have been offered.
