Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Oklahoma City - Bricktown OK

The front desk employees were very nice and friendly. The rooms are very nice and roomy and very clean. I will definitely be staying there again. I will gladly recommend it to friends and family as well. Having fresh cooked breakfast is a great thing too.

Never again

Liked: Typical hotel breakfast. It was ok. Staff tried to accommodate our needs and were unable but went with the 2nd best choice. Room was clean but did have a smell to it.
Disliked: There was a huge group of drunk people with coolers full of beer that were allowed to be out under the carport out front til 3am when we finally had to complain because my husband, who had just had surgery that morning, couldn’t sleep. Not sure why staff allowed them to be out there screaming profanities and yelling all night long. Bed was uncomfortable. Saw the breakfast lady put food into the heated containers with her bare hands. Room had a smell we ended up walking around with.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The pullout couch was dangerous. My daughter got sliced on her thigh pretty badly and they didn’t have a very good first aid kit to clean it up or cover the wound. The night clerk seemed clueless when I asked for the first aid kit to begin with. She had blood pouring down he leg. The hotel across the street shared the pool. They charged us the $50 incidental fee 3 times!! We were lucky we had the money to cover it. The tvs were not user friendly.

Disliked: Was very disappointed by the front desk. I had called several times explaining we had an early wedding on Friday and needed to check in early. I was told we could check in at 1:30. We arrived and were told we could not (3 separate rooms) but they would allow one room early and the other two at 2:30. They did not allow a 2:30 check in, I asked for a manager, never saw one and finally got our rooms after the normal check in of 3:00. A major rush to get to wedding on time. They gave me the reason that they had no double bed rooms clean, yet had an enormous amount of softball kids and parents checking in before us which I have to assume only had king rooms? Also, the next morning, had to tell front desk again that they were out of coffee several times...only one carafe for numerous people eating at once. Seemed very disorganized,

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were large and very clean as well as the beds were very comfortable. Lots of counter space in the bathroom.
Disliked: We loved everything

Bad

Liked: The kitchen had a good refrigerator/freezer and AC worked well
Disliked: The guy at the front desk rattled off the hotel amenities so fast I didn’t understand anything. The ceilings were so high the lighting was very dim. NO WI-FI could not get my work done! There was no hand soap in bathroom and the shampoo & conditioner were both bubbling. The

Liked: Was very new hotel had outdoor pool & the breakfast was unreal! Really freshly made hot & cold options. Great room with view
Disliked: The pool was yet to be opened for the season albeit was 87degrees
