Liked: Everything seemed new and clean smelled of fresh paint even
Disliked: But the young girl who worked the 2 days I was there I witnessed more than once yelling at customers she got in a screaming match with a woman early that morning. The breakfast that morning the gravy was sour like or was spoiled another lady asked for some milk just for that young girl to act like that lady just asked for steak n eggs! She was just incredibly rude! The only other thing I didn't like was that my keys kept shutting off! I kept them in their sleeve away from my phone etc, but they still shut off...

Not great, not terrible.
Liked: Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast not until 6:30 am. Cold water faucet did not work for the tub. Ironing board was old and rusted. Iron was very worn and had broken buttons. Bed was REALLY hard. Pillows were down feather and flattened completely when laid on.

Not as relaxing as we...
Liked: The maintenance man that helped us with our toilet.
Disliked: I am 7 months pregnant, and my boyfriend and I made a morning-of decision to stay here to enjoy the pool, relax, and be closer to our prenatal appointment the next day. We arrived a little over an hour after our 3 PM check-in time, and there were at least 4 other guests in the lobby with luggage. The lobby was super warm, and the front desk was vacant of any staff. There was an employee off to the left on her cell phone, and we could hear another employee complaining loudly from the back room. It took a good 20 minutes for both of them to come to the desk, and when they came up, they didn’t even address the guests in line. They were bickering to each other about what seemed to be another employee, and arriving late to work. When they finally stopped talking amongst themselves, we were greeted with “What do you need?” I had to use the restroom, and the only one available in the lobby required a key. My boyfriend politely asked for the bathroom key, I took it, and went. I came back, and my boyfriend was visibly upset. I asked what was wrong, and he informed me that we were instructed to wait, because they had yet to check our room to make sure it was ready for us. Mind you, this is now over an hour and a half AFTER check-in time. We sit and wait, and then the front desk lady comes back, and tells us “So, the room you were supposed to have is marked as clean, but it doesn’t look that clean.” She proceeded to show my boyfriend pictures on her cellphone of stained bedding, and said “It looks gross, but I promise it’s just bleach stains, Ok?” To this, my boyfriend replied “No, I don’t feel comfortable paying for a room that you admittedly said looks dirty. Is there a different option?” She informed him that there was another perfectly clean room, but the toilet was constantly running. He agreed to that room, and she then exasperatedly goes “Ugh, well we’d have to call someone to adjust the toilet.” And he politely said “Can you call someone?
