Liked: The very hot running water for long period on time in shower the view I got from my room was beautiful
Disliked: The fact that me and my kids couldn't drink or have drinks in pools area was hard cuz was extremely hard expressed to front office staff they said they didn't want clean up spills sry they were plastic cokes with lid

Disliked: Very Unprofessional!Charged me when we were still at home, $6.99 more. Booked with total price $90.18, no prepayment needed and pay at the property, but charged me $97.17.Very rude and unprofessional front desk, yelled and kept interrupting when I asked for an explanation why I am being charged $6.99 more, she could not provide proof of what the additional $6.99 for. First she said because I booked from booking.com, when I showed her nothing there, she said from their website but nothing there also and she became verbally aggressive with me. She said she is the manager but she failed to wear a badge indicating she is the manager or her name. She told me her name is Esther. She even said go ahead and make a complaint about me! I never say anything to her that I will make a complaint when I asked her name.Charged me twice for $97.17, once on Saturday, once on Sunday (total $194.34), not $50 for damage deposit, credited me back and charged me $97.17 on Monday. Check in on Saturday and check out Sunday.Bad breakfast and very limited options. No air conditioner in their meeting room or lobby.Definitely will not go back to this hotel and any hotel with the Radisson brand!
