Liked: At first, I was ready to leave a zero-star review. After driving 12 hours and arriving several hours past the official 3 o’clock check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready. Sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes, exhausted, was not how I imagined starting my stay.But here’s where the experience completely turned around: the receptionist. Her attentiveness and professionalism while I waited made all the difference. She checked in with me multiple times, offered updates, and handled the situation with genuine care and composure — something I deeply respect, especially when hotels often use “short-staffed” as an excuse while still charging guests full price.Once I finally got into the room, it was clean, comfortable, and for the price point, definitely a great find. What could have been a frustrating stay became a much better experience because of the way the staff who were there carried themselves with professionalism.So yes — this is a seven-star review. Not because everything went perfectly, but because of the way the team handled things when it didn’t.

Terrible!!!

Liked: Breakfast was terrible wasn’t anything like it said! My room smelt like cigarettes but was supposed to be a non smoking room the front desk yelled at me and was very hateful! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Disliked: Everything could have been better! The cleanliness of the room, the staff, the breakfast! My stay was terrible!

Liked: Really loved the whirlpool tub and the breakfast. Booking.com messed up and charged me twice but the nice lady at the front desk helped when booking.com wouldn’t help. I will stay here again for sure!!
