Disliked: Very dirty, rooms sheets had stains it was hair in the shower and sink and front desk had no clean linen so I had to go buy new sheets at Walmart

Liked: The young lady who is on first shift is very nice and the couple of maintenance guys I dealt with were nice. Other than that, I didn't deal with any other staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was awful. One little turn of the cereal and half a plate fell out. Homemade sausage gravy that was clumpy around the edges and watery in the middle of the crockpot. The cold water in my jacuzzi didn't work. Maintenance got it fixed but housekeeping never came to clean up the mess like they were supposed to. Also, no housekeeping except every three days or you request it by a certain time? I've stayed in many country inns and never have there been a deluge of signs on the front desk and the pole. Extra per person charges per day even after you pay the advertised room rate. Cash and credit card deposits, no pets. It's ridiculous. The front desk and service is more of a super 8 than a country inn & suites. The parking lot needs a lot of work as well.

Disliked: Family got stuck in elevator had to pry it open to exit, then emergency stairs had no lights. The beds had urine stains. No locks on bathrooms. All phone lines were disconnected no way to call for help from the room. The lamps were in operable. We left, refused to stay in the room.
