No working lamps? No working...

Liked: The location was great. The hotel was clean.
Disliked: We noticed two lamps in our suite were not working. We also could not get the TV to work. My husband went to the front desk and was told they are aware the lamps aren’t working, but the replacements they ordered haven’t arrived. The associate at the desk said they would have maintenance come look at our TV. We waited 45 minutes for maintenance before going back to the lobby and telling the associate at the desk that we were going to bed, and didn’t want to wait any longer. The associate informed us there was no maintenance employee on site. At check out, we talked to a different associate about our experience. He told us we would be compensated 40-50% off of our stay. We have not received any information on this as of yet.

Liked: The parking was great, the rooms were clean. The facilities were up to date.
Disliked: Not many options for continental breakfast.

Liked: i loved the location of the hotel. the walk to the beach wasn’t far, and it was by many things to do. such as mini golf, ice cream, coffee and restaurants. would definitely book again.
Disliked: the view was just a parking lot, some hotels have better views but in the end it didn’t matter since everything else made up for it!

Great location, very comfortable room...

Liked: Hotel location was ideal to a local park, the bay, the ocean, restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The open-ended shower allowed for water to get out onto the bathroom floor. The air conditioning was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Liked: It was a little weird that we need a room key to keep the light on. Other then that the location was good. The beach was great.
