Liked: The front desk staff was good. The text message system they use if you have any questions or concerns did not work. The staff in the breakfast room was horrible. The waffle iron doesn’t work the same food left over from the day before this way it appeared.

I would recommend this only...

Liked: I enjoyed having my own bed, peace and quiet, and a nice hot shower/ WIFI during my stay.
Disliked: I did not like the breakfast, lack of clean towels- only gave me 2 , and no tv options like Disney plus or Hulu.

Liked: The indoor heated pool stays open til midnight. Fresh smell when entering lobby, nice breakfast.
Disliked: HARD KING SIZE BED

Liked: A positive was I did rent a room that had an in- room jacuzzi tub
Disliked: Due to my bed and the pool that was definitely not heated I would never recommend this hotel . My bed literally we took a picture which staff didn't care to see upon checking out. Our mattress literally had no shape other than a big what I will call a crater in the middle of the mattress no matter how we try to sleep we would literally roll back into the crater. As I stood back and looked at the mattress you could see the Extreme Wear the actual foot of the bed with several inches higher and compared to the rest of the mattress due needing to be replaced. I was very unhappy that I confirmed the heated pool with the hotel which upon arrival was lukewarm tepid at best the entire reason that I booked at this hotel was for the heated pool I took the time to call and confirm and to my displeasure upon arrival definitely was not acceptable spoke to staff and was told quote well the air the pool room is heated. Voice my extreme disappointment due to the fact that I made the effort to call and confirm that the pool was actually heated prior to completion of my reservation and was told that would tell maintenance but it wouldn't be fixed today. Was told that that's the temperature it is always at.Also just a note unless you can sleep with the sound of cars racing horns all night long this hotel is right off of 75 which is a very busy interstate and you can hear the traffic all night long.

Not what I expected !...

Liked: The location .
Disliked: The property had bugs in my bed . I called for them to clean the room bring new sheets , towels etc and this never happened. When I reported this to the staff and manager Paul Patel he was very rude and disrespectful he shouldn’t be a manger let alone General manager he has no empathy or respect he should be down graded to office staff or house keeping . Without your customers the hotel won’t be open .

Disliked: Dirty floors. Absolutely NO water pressure- could barely rinse my hair. Scratched all night so possible bed bugs --- blood stains on sheets. Noisy air conditioner with a "thunk" in middle of the night waking me up.
