Liked: Simple, basic hotel fairly close to Clifton Hill area. Fresh cookies and tea/coffee in reception daily was really nice. Beds were reasonably comfortable but pillows a little too high/fat. Fresh waffles at breakfast was a nice touch. It's fine for a couple of nights stay.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was old and terrible, could feel every spring in it. These need replacing. The decor was a little dated, could do with a revamp.

Disliked: Rooms were dated and housekeeping every 3rd day not ideal for 5 ppl staying in 1 room

Its good tho no good...

Disliked: No microwave and you have to pay for parking fee. I felt the staff that assist us discriminated my son for repeating constantly no smoking in the room. I was so tired to confront him
