Really poor value for money

Liked: Really friendly reception team at check in, which was efficient and prompt.
Disliked: Breakfast room was like a school dinner location.Food choice at breakfast was very poor.Paying 300 USD for a low star hotel for one room, and then being charged extra for parking is a joke.Facilities were dated.

Great hotel! We love staying...

Liked: Excellent location. Incredibly friendly staff. It was nice to receive a call to the room after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and that the room was satisfactory. Very clean and comfortable rooms and overall clean facility. Good price for the stay.
Disliked: Room refrigerator was too cold - couldn't adjust temp and it froze some of our stuff. TV was blue screen and we couldn't adjust colour.

Loved the location but probably...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved that we could walk to Clifton hill and the falls.
Disliked: The floor in our room was dirty, the AC was making dripping noises all night, and breakfast was not that appealing. The coffee was not drinkable.
