Very good

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the shower very much. Breakfast was good and filling. The staff were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The hallways and the elevator were so hot and humid. The drink machine was not filled, and it wouldn't take any money.

Poor

Liked: Location, price
Disliked: Most things weren't refilled (shampoo in the room, most of breakfast - raisin bran, milk, eggs)Lots of minor damage (cuts on couch, stains on carpet)

Probably would never stay here...

Liked: It was pretty clean
Disliked: Bad location and there was one staff member that was nice but the other one yelled at my husband cause he needed trash bags and they never had enough breakfast no matter if you went at the beginning or towards the middle or end.

Liked: it was last minute booking and check in was fast
Disliked: the bathtub was stopped up. It took too long for the water to drain out

Unexpectedly Dissatisfied

Liked: I appreciated the location, as well the great AC in the room itself.
Disliked: Where do I begin! The AC did not work outside the room itself, the hallways and elevator were so hot! The room had mold in places, I have pictures for proof. There were 3 towels and wash clothes in the room for a maximum of 6 people per room, I had two rooms for our family of 9! I called in to request towels I was told there's a shortage on them. I then called back to ask for linen for the pullouts and was told some would be brought to me, which it was not. After 30 minutes we were heading back from getting food and stopped at the front desk. I asked for towels and wash clothes he got some out of the cabinet right behind him. Then asked for the linen and we had to carry all of that upstairs with our food, I have pictures for proof as well. Oh and BREAKFAST! Breakfast was terrible, the sausage was not cooked fully, pictures as well, waffle maker supposedly blew that morning, our first morning and cereal options were empty. I didn't feel safe to eat breakfast for my family and I. We did not have a good experience. We also had 1 remote for 2 tvs, also a light flickered once on. It was just a lot of negative. Oh and there was a box of crab from a local restaurant in the fridge and I didn't take a pic of it because my bf had to discard of it because I am allergic to shellfish!

My stay wasn’t comfortable at...

Liked: The location was near every place we needed to go.
Disliked: The hallway floor was cracked and the gold plate was broken on the first floor by the elevator. Our hotel room tub/shower wasn’t disability accessible as requested when the room was reserved. The sheets on the bed wasn’t fresh and you could tell someone just slept in the bed. The lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work as well as USB ports to charge devices. The hallway floor had water from the pool area being tracked by individuals leaving the pool. This was mentioned to the front desk clerk and their response was they would get to it when they could due to being the only staff member working.
