Filthy Nightmare

Liked: NOTHING!!! We booked 4 rooms for our family & they were all filthy & disgusting.Every room, the carpet was so dirty & unvaccumed, the furniture was riddled with stains that make you want to vomit. The furniture appeared to be totallt worn out!! The smell was if mildew & rot as 8f it was wet but never treated. This place needes to be torn down. There was NO way my family was staying even 1 night in this dump. The clerk recharged us 6.00 for the resort fee even though I showed him my receipt of payment. We left as the management showed us another property but tge rooms did not accommodate us either. Do not take your family to this property!!!!!!!
Disliked: NOTHING!!!!!!Fearing for my families health, breathing 8n wood rot, mildew & the filth of the carpet & room we left this dump.We demand a refund in full, even for false advertisement & pictures taken years ago & are totally false. Bed sheets dingy & old!!

Not very good.

Liked: The size of the room was large, but truly that’s the only good thing.
Disliked: When you first enter the building it smells like weed. The gentleman working the front asked if we wanted to see the room first which I thought was weird. I asked him is it not the room I booked online that had already provided pictures. He said it was the same room, so we checked in. When we were walking to our room, the building was very dirty and rundown. When we finally got to our room, the door was already open. They said they left it open because it had just been cleaned but I’ve never stayed at a place where they just leave the doors open for anyone to enter. The fire detector was hanging from the wall, the comforter had a stain, the airing unit had dangling parts, and the room was just dirty not like the photos at all.

Liked: The facility it self was horrible, there was holes in the walls. The carpet had holesand bleach spots on them. The pool area smelled bad and looked horrible, I wouldn’t allow my child to get in the water. The elevator was really dirty and smelly.
Disliked: I didn’t like much of the hotel at all. Not enough breakfast food for every guest.

Our stay was a bed...

Liked: Breakfast was good but left wondering cleanliness of meals prepared seeing the rest of the hotel. Friendly service but slow, as they were tending to many other duties.
Disliked: Ice buckets located in each room, but there is no ice machine. Hallways and storage rooms dirty, spills on lobby floor, carpets and elevator, bedspread had makeup stain from previous occupant. Carpet had tears in many places throughout the hotel

Disliked: Waiting on a refund refused to stay there the carpets were gross. The bedsheets we’re stained there was hair in the tub. The whole place was just dirty the hallways. It had an awful smell and I refuse to stay there and the guy at the counter. Acted like he could care less will never stay here ever again, recommend you not wasting your money.
