Sewage line leak

Liked: Exceptional staff, pool although we didn't get to get in
Disliked: Only offered the first floor by office then switched to end of hall where it smelled like a sewage leak

A place to sleep for...

Liked: Staff was nice upon arriving. Free breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Musty smell covered up with strong perfume smelling air fresheners. Room was muggy. Stains on carpet and bedding. Door frame to bathroom rusty. Grout doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned in shower. Soap dispenser in shower was dirty. Bug in bathroom. Indoor pool area was hot, did not use. Less than half of the channels on our tv did not work, front desk was very nice and tried to help but couldn’t. Carpet throughout entire hotel was loose and rippled.

Over all it was great.

Liked: Location was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: We asked for extra pillows and they said they didn't have any?? I had to tell the attendant the coffee was out and syrup was empty and also creamer.

I would never recommend anyone...

Liked: Front desk was very unprofessional. One guest was complaining about mold smell in room and they actually called the police. The guest was never combative or rude
Disliked: I didn't like anything about this hotel

Shut Down

Liked: The hotel was terrible. Once we walked in to finish registering, and getting key, the hallways smelled of something being masked. They had sprayed freshner, but the elevator was not cleaned. When we entered the room, definitely the smell of wetness... Mildew. The carpet had spots and the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
Disliked: Read the top. NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS GOOD.

Excellent, comfortable and affordable overnight...

Liked: Variety at breakfast - waffle, bagel, cereal, sausage and egg patty options; a fruit was available and some muffins and breads.
