Superb

Angel…ur the best!

Liked: Angel at front desk went way and beyond customer service by getting me a room before my niece’s 2pm wedding at 12:15pm so I got there just in time to hear them say “I do”. Thanks a million Angel because those memories are precious! I will be back for watermark family reunion later this year.
Disliked: Everything was great!

I over paid, was mislead...

Liked: Everything was simple
Disliked: The hotels elevator was broke and everyone was made to use the stairs. I picked the hotel due to the booking genius deal but not sure that was a suite. Breakfast is just a waffle machine with cereal and yogurt. The hotel looked short staffed and 80% empty. Young girl at night kept telling everyone she was alone this is a tourist town with major metropolitan areas in each direction but they seem to not be able to draw in crowd and it’s showing in other quality areas. This is a 2/5 star hotel at best

We were thankful for the...

Liked: My husband and I took time to Celebrate our 17year Anniversary.And the rating was excellent. This was our reason for choosing your location. It was very quiet- which was nice.
Disliked: However, when we arrived it had an awkward smell. The snack and food section was half filled, which gave an expression this was not important. The pool was nothing like cleanness. No bath towels. You had to bring your own but then also if you needed more towels you had to bring it yourself to replace for new ones-very inconvenient and not hospitable. Nice to know this upfront of what your hotel doesn’t offer rather than making it seem a nice place. Lights were off in the breakfast seating area, so couldn’t enjoy time to read a book.Our room was clean but our restroom was not. We only had 1 trash can. The coffee maker did not work properly and overspilled.Our headboard bed was damaged The iron did not work properly The iron board was also bit damaged.

Great location and comfortable stay!

Liked: The location to Slatter bond was excellent! It literally took us eight minutes to get there from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice with a great shower!
Disliked: Everything was great!

Pretty disappointed, will not rebook.

Disliked: Our room was not clean. There were no towels in the bathroom, at all. Like none. The blankets and sheets on the bed were damp. The fold out couch was so dirty.
