Liked: The location to historic Gruene was great
Disliked: When you walk in the building and in the lobby they have an extremely heavy perfume smell that was just awful, so just move fast through the lobby.

Disliked: Check in to the room was very comfortable until I went into the bathroom floor was very wet so I dried it with a big bath towel after that everything was fine

Very disappointed

Liked: The location was the only good thing here.
Disliked: The room was in need of repair. The ceiling was falling apart. The headboard had holes in it and tearing apart. The floor was dirty. The towels were so rough they physically hurt to use. There were never any grab and go snacks as advertised. Plp were smoking in the hallways and out the door by the pool. Breakfast was ok. Watery eggs and sausage...and waffles
