Liked: Everything was amazing. The room was very clean and the king size bed was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. So many breakfast items to choose from. The hotel staff was so polite.
Disliked: Nothing.

It wasn’t too pleasant but...

Liked: It was right off the expressway and close to many stores and restaurants. Liked the option of Indoor and outdoor pool. Continental breakfast delicious, variety and choices!!
Disliked: Where do I start? Upon entering the hotel you were struck with a strong cleaning smell to cover a cigarette odor. Stairs weren’t clean same wrapper laid on steps for the three days. Hotel room dark, not much lighting. The drawers opened up on their own when you walked by a couple times, a voicemail was on telephone from November and line was blinking red. The bathroom fan was noisy sounded like a airplane was taking off, sometimes it didn’t run at all or just kept the loud disturbing sound anytime you went to use bathroom, the freezer was in need of a necessary defrost. Room uncleanly garbage under the beds from previous customers. The light on nightstand had an electric issue/faulty issue. For a family of four using the bathroom no hooks to hang towels or wash cloths on.WiFi was spotty difficulty getting outgoing emails to loved ones!

Liked: It did have 2 pools and a hot tub.
Disliked: Pool area was a little run down. And I was double charged for room, and hoping I get my money back.

Overall disappointing minus the location

Liked: I liked the location of the property. My son did enjoy the pool for the most part.
Disliked: The pool outside was freezing and then it felt like they had the air conditioning on for the inside pool.For breakfast no one refilled coffee or syrup, which were the 2 main things everyone was taking. The host at the front desk didn’t acknowledge that I told her our phone was broken when I said, “I tried to call down for toilet paper but the phone doesn’t work.” We also didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in the shower just empty bottles. The air conditioner in our room also didn’t work which made it hard for my husband and son to sleep.
