For what I got it...

Liked: Breakfast was great and everything I wanted.
Disliked: Tiny- the room was too small for the 2 queen beds. You couldn’t walk around to both sides of the bed. One person basically has to sleep with the a/c blowing right on them!!!! Please make this a single bed room. Also the floor had not been cleaned so gross.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was all that was good
Disliked: It was dirty , floor was filthy and very little towels and no hand soap

If we'd lowered our expectations...

Liked: We were gratified to get a room despite not having a reservation. The young man who checked us in was very gracious.
Disliked: The room was filthy. Hadn't been cleaned. No towels. No coffee set up. No soap. Bathtub dirty. All surfaces were sticky. Coffee rings on bedside table. (Where did they get coffee?) It appeared as if the room had been used for a staff break area. But the bed itself was clean and we were beat. And disappointingly, the hot tub and pool, although still pictured in the ads, are long closed 'due to Covid'.No forks in the breakfast area. Ate waffles with spoons.

I was terrified, and left...

Disliked: It was not clean, there was a hole in the door where the deadbolt should be, wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector used to be, stains on the towels and the main light didn’t work.

The worse stay possible

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was filthy, the ac unit smelled horrible, the printer was not accessible, there was no Microwave in our room, the sheets were dirty, the tub was dirty the curtain was dirty the headboard was dirty the floor was dirty, the light units were filthy, cigarette smoke kept blowing in the room, marijuana smoke coming through the room, loud music being played at midnight, could easily hear other guests, staff consistently were missing from front desk, lower lock unable to lock.
