Will seek out this chain...
Liked: Excellent location to attend concert at TaxSlayer Arena. Breakfast was typical for similar hotels. The fresh cookies at check-in were a nice treat. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had better lighting than comparable hotels.

Liked: Breakfast was good. The location was adequate We went to a concert at Taxpayer Center.
Disliked: They discontinued the free daily newspapers service which was stated in the Booking.com information. Also if a lot of guests come down for the breakfast all at once the food needs to be replenished a little faster.

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Morning breakfast was nice
Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The air flow in the room was terrible Extremely humid in the room, so much that the sheets felt wet, but I was grateful that I could open the windows for fresh air. The lamp shades in the room had about an inch of dust in them.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I wish there was better parking towards front of building. The spa wasn?t working our second night. This was our second time the pool was shut down. Used too much bleach when washing sheets and pillows were too soft! Floor in my room was sticky
