VERY DISAPPOINTED

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: The first night there, my husband got up in the morning and had bites of some sort, all over his legs. We have taken pictures daily of his legs and bites and dates, so, we can keep you and Country Inn And Suites, what we need to be done moving forward.Thank you. I also took out the insurance.Best regardsCheryl and Fred MontalvoI also would like to add that they had parties and kids running around everywhere.I love kids, but just think they should let guests know prior to check in.

Over all was very pleased.

Liked: Our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: There needs to be some attention to updating the facility. Railings in the hallway stairs need attention. Carpets in the common areas cleaned.

Liked: My reservation was lost and the Inn stated they were full and turned me away. I received a message and showed the receptionist but he wouldn’t help

Superb

Liked: It was quiet, clean and tucked back out of the way. Pet area was clean.
Disliked: The office rep we checked in with was clueless. Didn't offer much information about the pool, the rooms, or the vending. The amusing part was when he directed us to park on the wrong side of the hotel facility from our room. I'd like to think he was clueless rather than a jack-ass.
