I must say, this hotel was way under rated. This is a great hotel and offers everything that other hotels offer at about 20 bucks cheaper. I think this will be the hotel of choice now coming into Modesto.

Fine, no major issues
Liked: The rooms had plenty of space and the breakfast was good, with a nice selection of foods.
Disliked: The suite had the king bed next to the exterior door, so you had to walk past the bed to get to the room with the pull-out couch. There was no door between the rooms, just an empty doorway. This wasn't a great layout for a group that gets up at different times.

Liked: Beds, bedding and pillows comfortable Larger TV
Disliked: Hdmi accessable on TV but property won't allow Roku or Google, fire stick of any kind. Stuck with cable TV. Has Netflix with personal sign in that quit every 3 minutes.
