I must say, this hotel was way under rated. This is a great hotel and offers everything that other hotels offer at about 20 bucks cheaper. I think this will be the hotel of choice now coming into Modesto.

My family enjoyed the hotel...

Liked: Property was under construction and my bathroom needed a little work. Toilet paper holder was broke and hook behind the restroom door wasn’t screwed in all the way.

Liked: It's clean and the staff is friendly breakfast was decent and free
Disliked: I didn't get to sleep much, I work late into the night and the construction at the hotel started at 7 on several mornings. Had I known this I would not have stayed here. I'm sure once the construction is done it might be worth it.
