Very good

Liked: It was at reasonable price and at a convenient location to stores and the University of Notre Dame. We stayed here for Welcome Weekend and will keep the hotel in mind for future visits.

Looking for a new hotel...

Disliked: We originally booked a one night stay but updated to a two night stay over a week prior to our stay. I received a text about checking out and we was already in Chicago as we were going to six flags for the day and all of our stuff was in the room. I tried calling 4 times and was hung up on every time. We called on my significant others phone and they finally answered but was very rude and said we only had one night. They eventually was able to find the updated reservation and claimed booking never sent them the updated information. We got back to the hotel at night to find they had disabled our key card. Luckily all of our stuff was still in the room. We stay at this hotel very regularly and it seems to get worse with each stay.
