Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Minneapolis West MN

Very poor, impossible to sleep.

Liked: Very little good to say about this hotel.
Disliked: Refrigerator had old carton of milk and unknown beverage when we arrived. The fan and A/C was exceedingly loud. There was a party below us until 1:00 am, that no one stopped. One of the "blankets" was actually a fitted mattress cover. None of the TV's worked in the hotel - all off- line. The bathroom was OK. The complimentary breakfast was below average. To top it off--the next day I attended and spoke at my mother's funeral--and hoped for a far better night's sleep, but only got about 2 or 3 hours. We had to find a different hotel the next night. Awful stay. I won't be staying at a Country Inn and Suites ever again.

Disliked: There was no cable when we stayed, haven't received my refund for the stay we canceled the second night.

Liked: Absolutley nothing. Wasn’t even close to what was advertised. Entire building, inside and out, looked like a section 8 housing building. Everything was tore and beat up inside the halls/floors. Rooms were filthy and dingy. Curtains ripped. Chairs falling apart for the desk seating. It was an absolute joke. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the property to actually handle anything. Still waiting for my refund I was promised from front desk worker Sunday morning when I checked out.
Disliked: Everything. Entire building was a joke. From house much of a mess it was upon walking in the main doors. Rooms were filthy. FILTHY SOILED BED SHEETS STILL ON OUR BEDS UPON CHECK IN AND ARRIVAL TO THE ROOM.
